There may be an overload trip - if a load is included in these five outlets that exceeds the rating difavtomat - in this case, you need to pay attention to what was included in the network at the time of triggering difavtomat. Plugging in the charger may put a heavy load on other outlets.
There is no short circuit in this case, since if the reason were in a faulty charger, then the difavtomat would be knocked out by short circuit in any of the sockets.
Leakage current remains. If, when plugged into one outlet, there is no actuation, then the charger is therefore in good order. It is likely that current leakage occurs when the load is plugged into a different outlet. You can check the wiring with another electrical appliance - plug it into one and the other outlet. If, when plugged into one outlet, it knocks out the difavtomat, as when turning on the charger, then the reason is necessary look in the wiring line that powers the given outlet (the line that goes from the junction box in the kitchen to this sockets).
