Electrical safety in the TN-C power supply system

After the counter, it is impossible to divide, as this is fraught with negative consequences. In the event of a zero break to the separation point, a phase voltage will appear on the housings of electrical appliances. Also, you cannot break the grounding conductor with an automatic machine, and in your case, the conductor comes to the machine, and then after the counter you separate it. In this case, also in the event of damage to the machine or meter, a life-threatening potential will appear on your electrical appliances.
If your electrical network does not provide grounding, then it is better not to use it, as it is life-threatening.
In TN-C-S networks, grounding can only be operated if the line is in normal technical condition, sufficient the number of repeated groundings, the groundings themselves comply with the requirements, and the zero combined conductor of the PEN line has resistance to mechanical damage. If you do not have such information, then, accordingly, doing grounding "at random" is fraught with negative consequences.

Alternatively, you can mount an individual ground loop - this is the TT grounding system. In this case, the ground loop operates separately from the mains and is not connected to the PEN supply wire.
Also, for safety, residual current devices must be installed, but it should be borne in mind that in the absence of a working ground, they will not fully protect against electric shock.
