It should be noted that all these materials are not ideal for floor insulation, but when they are used in general, the insulation efficiency increases significantly. You can also use not all materials at once, but only individual ones. For example, a good combination is foam concrete, expanded clay sand and boiler slag. The layer of each heater must be of the order of 100-200 mm.

To ensure high efficiency of insulation materials, as well as the integrity of the main part of the floor, it is necessary to create a waterproofing. The given action is spent before packing of warming materials. The cheapest option is the use of polyethylene. Also it is possible to be limited to stacking of roofing material. After the insulator is laid, everything should be inspected carefully, so that the surface is as level as possible.

Laying of the top layer of concrete

After laying the insulation it is necessary to create an upper concrete layer of the floor surface. In this case, a small fraction of crushed stone is required. Also it should be said that there is no need for reinforcement here. So, the process is pretty simple. A layer of concrete can be small, but the need for a perfectly flat surface still remains. Since the thickness of the upper layer of concrete in most cases is much less than the first, the material will gain strength very quickly. Despite this, the need for moisture in concrete remains. Immediately after the concrete has gained the required strength, it is necessary to tackle the surface lining. It is best to use ceramic tiles. Quite often, other materials are involved, but ceramics allow you to keep the desired temperature for a long time.
