The two-room apartment was initially in terrible condition: the repair was not carried out for about 30 years.
The specialists decided to produce a complete wall cleaning and ceilings by dismantling old coatings. They decided to strengthen the floor by stretching it with screws, and also to lay it on top plywood 10 mm thick.
The bathroom and kitchen are replaced water pipes and sewers. All communications are hidden in boxes and the necessary conclusions are made for plumbing and titanium. Mounted in the screed warm floor.
Interior doors the apartment was replaced by modern veneered models. Two rooms were installed extras.
As a result, after finishing, the appearance of the apartment completely changed:
