How to make a stand for a Christmas tree
You can make a stand in a "bench" way. Four short boards( 25 cm, 15 mm thick) and two similar boards of 35 cm will be needed. The corners of metal or "dural" are fixed on the ends of short plates, which, in turn, are attached to long boards. In doing so, you should make a small indentation from their edges. The result is two small benches. They should be connected together. Small benches will play the role of a support for the whole construction.
The center of long boards is drilled with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the tree trunk. The end of the tree trunk can be additionally attached to the lower board, or fixed with a bolt screwed into the trunk along the tree axis. The main criterion for estimating your stand for a Christmas tree made by yourself - the Christmas tree should occupy a stable vertical position, and under no circumstances should it rock. Instead of boards, wooden blocks are sometimes used. They should be the same size, otherwise the stand will get a curve.
