In difficult climatic conditions without high-quality heating, dwellings can not be avoided. In order to competently mount a heating system in a residential building, you will need an engineering mentality and skillful hands. The order of installation and its features will not in the last instance be determined by the choice of a specific heating system.
To mount a heating system in the house you will need:
- heating boiler;
- radiators;
- metal pipes;
- control devices;
- angle grinder( "Bulgarian");
- perforator;
- a set of wrenches;
- pliers.
1. Select the heating system that you intend to use in your home. The most common in homes is a water heating system. Make a project in which provide a boiler, radiators, communications, temperature control and control devices for the entire system. Calculate the required capacity of the system, based on the area and volume of the premises of the house.
2. Make a list of the necessary materials, equipment and tools. Buy everything according to the list. Some tools can not be purchased, but rented.
3. Start the installation of the system from the installation of the boiler. From the boiler make the wiring of the network, through which the heat will go to the heaters. Before this, carefully consider how many radiators you will have in which places they will be located. As a rule, the heating devices are installed under the windows.
4. Install the radiators using a puncher and the necessary hardware( fasteners).Usually the fasteners come complete with heating devices. Equip the room with warm floors, if required by the project.
5. Calculate the number of pipes, adapters, tees, etc. separately.for the device of the heating system. Make a detailed layout of all the elements of the system with a scale. Draw on the diagram where the communication will take place. Take into account the location of the electrical cables, so as not to damage them by accident.
6. Before putting the heating system into operation, bleed the air in the system by turning off the tap before water( with the air "plugs" coming out of the system).Start the heating system to the specialists, otherwise the heating boiler will be removed from the warranty service.
7. After connecting the heating, check all pipe joints and their connection points to the radiators to ensure the connections are secure and tight. If necessary, disconnect the system and fix any installation problems.
