Even legally to build a house on it will be impossible. Making a property a property is a rather complicated procedure. To simplify it, Federal Law No. 93-FZ was adopted, which was popularly called a "dacha amnesty."

Dacha amnesty: what is it?

The essence of the dacha amnesty is not at all to give some miraculous rights. To formalize the rights to buildings and land, to provide the documents for this still have to. But the procedure of registration and the registration procedure are much simpler, in addition, many additional documents have received legal status.

am2 Dacha amnesty does not apply to any land plots received in due time. Its effect extends to the areas designated:

  • for subsidiary farming;
  • for horticulture;
  • for the construction of an individual garage;
  • for the construction of a private house.

In addition, the dacha amnesty applies only to those land plots that were received in ownership, donated or inherited until 30 October 2001( until the adoption of the Land Code of the Russian Federation).

The dacha amnesty, after the last extension of its validity, will be valid until on March 1, 2015 .

Which buildings can be registered as part of a dacha amnesty?

The simplified procedure covers the following types of buildings:

  1. Residential private houses built on plots for individual construction.
  2. Residential private houses built on private plots of private farming.
  3. Houses, farms, garages, bathhouses, gazebos and other structures erected in the garden and garden areas.
